Reinstate DEI
Aim to reinstate DEI verbiage. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are organizational frameworks that seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination based on identity or disability.
Federal Cuts
Federal cuts have been severe and as a result are leaving departments underfunded and understaffed. This will have long term effects. Nearly every department has had issues. The Department of Education has been threatened with completely being dismantled.
Support Ukraine
We fully support Ukraine's efforts to fight against Russian invaders.
Stop DOGE
DOGE is the group led by Elon Musk that is making severe cuts to various government departments. Many of these cuts are in favor of Musk's own businesses, SpaceX and Tesla.
Treason and Sedition
Some people believe that Trump and his administration have done enough damage to America to warrant being tried for Treason and Sedition.
Fascism
Many people believe that Trump and his administration are marching the United States towards a state of fascism. This is unacceptable and must be fought.
Women & Minority Rights
This is connected with DEI. The Trump administration has spoken out about reducing and removing civil rights for women and minorities. Trump even considered forcing all Native Americans to live on their reservations, but not all natives have reservations.
Tariffs
New high tariffs are going to increase the cost of goods from steel to coffee. This will impact the everyday person and companies.
Reproductive Rights
Reproductive rights are on the chopping block with the Trump administration.
Environmental
Trump and his administration like few restrictions on how they can destroy the environment. They have defunded national parks, allow logging in national forests, are against renewable energy, against supporting forestry and fire services, etc.
Healthcare
Healthcare has been severely reduced. Preventable diseases, thought eradicated by common vaccine, are on the rise. Sexual healthcare is also a rising issue. USAID provided foreign healthcare to help prevent the spread of disease and to provide healthcare. Medicare and medicaid have been under threat.
Retirement Issues
Social security, veterans affairs, medicare, medicaid, and disability are all under threat from the current administration. If these programs are cut, the American people will absolutely suffer.
